Please read our return policy to verify that your purchase is eligible for a return.

If your return results from a shipping error on our end, Martab at Home will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs. However, Martab at Home is not responsible for re-shipments, specifically if you type in an incorrect address online or enter a PO Box. Click here to see our shipping policy.

Martab at Home reserves the right to adjust our online products due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements. Images on the site may not always reflect the actual product.

Returns

  • All returns must have a return authorization number (RMA).
  • Returnable products may be returned up to 30 days after delivery.
  • Product(s) must be in “new (offered-for-sale condition)”. Safety seals cannot be opened or broken.
  • All parts and accessories must be included and in original packaging.
  • If your order(s) shipped for free and you are returning it, we will deduct the original outbound shipping costs from your refund.
  • Return orders are subject to a restocking fee. See fee structure below.
  • If your return results from a defective product or shipping error, Martab at Home will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs.
  • Shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Some products are non-returnable. See below for details.

Non-returnable Products

Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot take back every product that we sell and deliver. Some items, by their nature, are non-returnable. Some products will state in their description that they are non-returnable. Other non-returnable products are defined below:

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Provided your product is returnable (policy above), you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days.)

How do I receive a return authorization number?

Martab at Home will provide you with an RMA number via email. Please print out the RMA Label and affix it to your package.

NOTE: The RMA Label must be affixed to the package before the shipper or postal service picks up your package.

Restocking Fees

Any product that you purchase may be subject to a restocking fee. Listed below includes, but is not limited to, a list of vendors that charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the number of manufacturers we work with, all with their own returns policies. Simply set up a return with us and then place a new order for the preferred item to exchange a product.

Cancellation Procedure

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders requesting cancellation are subject to all return policies mentioned above. Once the order has been delivered, an RMA can be requested for return.

Refused Deliveries

Undamaged items that are refused upon delivery will be considered canceled and will automatically incur a 35% restocking fee.
